Cheer Registration Now Closed

 SYSA Spirit teams have participated for several decades on the football sidelines. Today, many of youths participate in SYSA Cheerleading.  Teams participate on the sidelines at football games for home and most away games through to the Playoffs. In addition to Game Day, teams participate in qualifying spirit events through our football league.  SYSA offers non-competitive cheer to athletes ages 3-12.   Girls will be placed on a team based on age and number of participants.  

 Registration is now opened!  All forms listed below will be due prior to July 1st.  

Each participant must provide the following information in order to be allowed to practice. 

• 2026 Participation Contract signed and turned in 
• Original Birth Certificate
• Most recent Report Card
• Insurance Waiver form 
• Physical (out of pocket cost $35)

Registration Opens: November 1st, 2025 Registration Deadline: May 31st , 2026

Non refundable deposit of $65 must be made at the time of signup. The cheerleader will not be added to roster until deposit is paid.  Deposit will come off registration balance

New Pep Squad ages 3-4: $150 

Registration $150 cost covers:

Uniform Package $100 

Insurance $10 

Organization Fee $20 

Camp Shirt/Shirts $20 

Roster is limited to 10 Cheerleaders 

4 Home Games Only 

1-2 practices per week 

Regular Season Registration Fee ages 5-12: $350

Registration $350 cost covers:

Insurance $10

Full Uniform package $260

League Fee: $20

Organization Fee: $45

City Fee: $15

NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS

Team fundraiser is Mandatory  no exceptions. All fundraiser must be completed before cheerleaders receive any items. If you are needing help or have any questions please reach out to your coach.
